Tours are mainly explored on foot, but local buses may be used when destinations are farther apart or when this makes the route more comfortable. The pace can be adjusted to suit your group.

Each tour is private and can accommodate groups of up to eight guests.

You can meet your guide at Kanazawa Station, Kenroku‑en Garden, or Omicho Market. The exact meeting place and time will be confirmed before your tour.
What happens if it rains?
Tours can usually operate in rainy weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella or rain jacket. The route may be adjusted when necessary for comfort and safety.
Are food and drinks included in the Food Tour price?
The guide’s food and drinks are already included in the tour price, so there is no additional guide expense for you to pay.
Any food or drinks purchased by guests are paid for separately.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Payment details will be confirmed with you during the booking process.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to seven days before the tour. Cancellations made six to two days before the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the day before the tour or on the tour date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
